私たちReplanningは、新築住宅の設計・施工から、将来を見据えたメンテナンス・リフォームまで、住まいのライフサイクル全体に寄り添う建築会社です。
新築時には、高い断熱性・気密性・耐久性・意匠性など、住宅性能を最大限に引き出す設計と丁寧な施工を行い、お客様の理想の住まいを形にします。
しかし、どれほど丁寧につくられた住宅でも、年月が経てば、屋根・外壁・内装・設備などの部位には徐々に劣化が現れてきます。
こうした経年変化に対しては、あらかじめ長期的な修繕計画を立てることが理想的ですが、実際には立地や使用状況、自然条件によって劣化の進み方には違いが生じ、当初の計画どおりには進まないことも多いのが現実です。
だからこそ私たちは、「その時」「その状況」に応じて、柔軟に計画を見直し、その瞬間に最も効果的で最適な提案を行うことを大切にしています。
その想いを社名に込めて、私たちはReplanning（＝再考）と名乗っています。
